Horeca Sales Manager - Nespresso (Luxury Hotel)
About this position
Responsibilities
• With B2B key stakeholders, participate to the market sizing analysis and define the Key Account opportunities
• Build complete Customer Plan to ensure sustainable Key Accounts acquisition
• Follow Global Strategic Accounts defined by HQ and assigned to the portfolio including regular contact with Global Strategic Account Manager in HQ
• Use of CRM system to manage leads
• Execute plans for assigned potential accounts that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies
• Negotiate commercial agreement with new accounts
• Following the B2B strategic segment approaches, build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business and achieve profitable sales objective
• Develop Key Accounts together with the Sales Manager
• Ensure to maintain and growth the TOP 20 customers
• Collect accurate inputs to ensure compliance of the sales process
• Compliance with Nestle and Nespresso business principles and policies including Nestle Nespresso trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a People Manager
• Proven success in identifying Channel Plan and Account Plan
• Good English and Thai communication skills
• Good interpersonal skill
• Own a driving license
