About this position

Neoperl Asia Pacific is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Planner to assist in day-to-day purchasing operations, ensuring smooth procurement processes, timely delivery of goods, and accurate system updates.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders in alignment with the proposals and parameters set by the Purchasing Specialist.
• Confirm purchase orders with suppliers and maintain accurate order documentation.
• Act as the primary contact for day-to-day follow-up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Address and resolve routine issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoices in collaboration with suppliers.
• Track incoming shipments and update the system with delivery statuses.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth transportation and customs clearance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchasing Specialist to replenish stock as needed.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to inventory records and supplier deliveries.
• Update and maintain accurate purchasing data in the ERP system.
• Ensure all relevant details, such as supplier information, delivery timelines, and order status, are up-to-date.
• Work closely with internal teams such as production, warehouse, and logistics to ensure material availability and operational efficiency.
• Support the Purchasing Specialist with reports and data analysis as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Have 5-7 years of experience in Material procurement from Automotive or Electronic manufacturing.
• Have experiences in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Material Procurement & Purchasing.
• Have experiences in ERP system.
• Must have very good command in English both in Speaking and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organization and multitasking skills with a keen eye for details.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
