About this position

The Senior Product Manager/Product Manager in the FMCG business will be responsible for driving the management and development of brands to support business vision and growth plans. They will work closely with the Marketing Manager to set brand strategies, identify growth opportunities, and execute yearly brand plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive the management and development of brands to support business vision and growth plans.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to set brand strategies and plans.
• Identify growth opportunities for brands’ growth.
• Develop and execute yearly brand plans to deliver yearly contract commitment and support each segment/brands’ strategies.
• Create brand awareness through marketing activities, events, sponsorships, and sales promotions.
• Identify consumer insights and provide recommendations to increase consumption.
• Implement new market segment opportunities and lead new product launches.
• Deliver brand marketing execution contributing to long term profitable growth.
• Create campaigns to maintain market leadership and gain market share.
• Conduct assessments of products, market, and competitive activities.
• Recommend strategies for marketing and promotional plans.
• Liaise with cross functional teams to implement ATL and BTL activities.
• Manage product portfolio to achieve top line sales and margin.
• Build long-term brand image and loyalty through campaigns.
• Develop below-the-line communication and in-store activities.
• Work with internal functions to ensure efficient consumer response.
• Conduct category management projects to accelerate category expansion.
• Manage marketing budget for all channels to secure target net profit.
• Handle new product launch plans to minimize out of stock situations.
• Conduct monthly meetings with sales and marketing teams.
• Manage and control IMC activities based on strategic priorities.
• Delegate subordinates with advertising and PR work assignments.
• Monitor cooperation with internal and external parties on IMC activities.
• Perform other related duties at a similar level.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of brand management and marketing strategies.
• Ability to develop and execute brand plans.
• Experience in creating brand awareness through various marketing activities.
• Knowledge of consumer insights and strategic direction.
• Ability to lead new product launches and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Budget management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ATL and BTL activities.
• Understanding of category management and market expansion.
• Proficiency in IMC activities and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
