About this position

The Indirect Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing and managing potential vendors, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various functions to ensure sustainable vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage potential vendors and negotiate contracts for various business requirements such as Spare Part items, MRO, Consumables, Factory supply, Office supply, Outsource subcontractor, Soft Services, and CAPEX investment projects
• Negotiate and manage service contracts to achieve business targets
• Contribute and collaborate with involved functions for sustainable vendor performance evaluation and practical working process of Procurement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 5 years experience in Indirect Procurement in a Manufacturing company
• Experience in FMCG is preferred
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office), SAP
• Good command of English
