About this position

The ESG Specialist will work with cross-functional teams to drive ESG activities in alignment with business strategies, production, and environmental operations. They will be responsible for assessing and interpreting ESG-related data, developing sustainable strategies, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to drive ESG activities in alignment with business strategies, production, and environmental operations.
• Assess and interpret ESG-related data to prepare quality reports.
• Develop sustainable strategies for environmental, social responsibility, and ethical practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• Support the preparation of ESG reports for regulatory compliance and public disclosure.
• Participate in stakeholder engagement activities and address ESG-related inquiries.
• Promote and develop environmental initiatives within and outside the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in environmental development.
• Understanding of production processes.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and government carbon footprint analysis.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) modeling.
• Good communication skills, proficiency in English is a plus.
• Computer proficiency.
