Senior Project Investment Officer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Assessing financial viability, conducting market research, and overseeing the successful delivery of investment projects
• Conducting in-depth financial and operational analysis of potential investment opportunities collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations, etc.)
• Evaluating investment opportunities based on financial models, risk assessments, and alignment with business strategy
• Monitoring the financial performance of projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that the expected ROI is achieved.
• Oversee investment projects to ensure compliance with BOI regulations and requirements for incentives and approvals
• Providing regular updates and reports on the status of investment projects to managements
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, investment analysis, or a related field in managing large investment projects.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial modeling software.
• Knowledge of investment regulations and industry trends.
