About this position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate in planning strategies and implementing internal and external communication and public relations campaigns that support the company’s long-term goals and vision.
• Define tools and communication channels suitable for target audiences, ensuring comprehensive outreach. Establish policies, guidelines, and boundaries for information disclosure tailored to different audiences.
• Develop an annual budget plan for public relations and corporate communications to maximize efficiency.
• Participate in setting goals, strategies, and plans for corporate branding and image-building to create a unique identity and value that differentiate the brand from competitors, leaving a lasting impression on customers, investors, and stakeholders.
• Design corporate identity elements, including logos, colors, fonts, slogans, taglines, brand messaging, brand values, emotional appeal, brand experience, and marketing strategies.
• Establish effective communication channels between management and employees.
• Promote organizational image-building activities and foster internal relationships.
• Provide guidance for creating manuals and using corporate identity consistently in both internal and external communications.
• Manage corporate public relations via the company website, carefully selecting and uploading appropriate news to convey a positive corporate image.
• Plan and execute events such as press conferences, product or project launches, exhibitions, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
• Represent the organization as a spokesperson at seminars, interviews, and other public relations events.
• Prepare speeches and supporting information for executives, aiding them in addressing inquiries from investors, analysts, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update a database of key target groups, including analysts, investors, funds, and media.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of campaigns and activities while tracking media opinions and trends to inform future strategic planning.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Journalism, Communication Arts, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, or Public Relations in a public company.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both Thai and English.
• Expertise in digital media and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of disclosure regulations for listed companies.
