About this position
Responsibilities
• Project Investment Management create an Annual Investment Plan and determine an appropriate investment structure for each project
• Mergers and Acquisitions oversee the performance of businesses in which the company has acquired shares or merged, and report to the relevant parties
• Feasibility Study provide an assessment that examines all aspects of a proposed project in four areas: marketing, finance, technical, and legal. conduct feasibility studies (FS-0) to assess the viability of each project project investment analysis by evaluating project execution capabilities, including economic internal rate of return (EIRR), cash flow, return rates, payback periods, and investment worthiness.
• Pre-operation Management Control acquire operational assets (Asset Acquisition) for each project. monitor and control project operations before revenue generation, and review summary reports and investment plans at the end of the pre-revenue phase (FS-2).
• Operation Management Monitoring & Control monitor project operations to ensure adherence to established criteria, including revenue and expenses (Profit & Loss) compare actual performance with the budgeted figures (FS Actual VS FS-2) on a quarterly basis.
• Project Closing oversee asset disposal following project closure approval manage documents, contracts, and other project-related information review and analyze the project's overall performance data compared to FS-2, and prepare a summary report for the relevant supervisors.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or other related field
• At least 8-10 years of experience in accounting and finance or project investment management or equivalent role.
• Have commercial background is advantage
