HR/GA Staff/Clerk
About this position
The HR/GA Staff/Clerk is responsible for overseeing various human resources and general affairs functions, including employee management, expense tracking, and maintaining cleanliness in company facilities.
Responsibilities
• Control Driver, Maid and Security Guard by the company regulations.
• Control Transportation for support employee.
• Summarize the expenses which related to HR's function ie. Rental car cost, copier cost, utilities and gasoline etc.
• Supervise on the cleaning around outside of Company, Garden, Spirit House, Thai House, and parking area.
• To cooperate with Sub-Contract Cleaning company and Section Manager.
• To corporate & request advance payment and expenses support AD section.
• Stationary stock order and control, Uniform for each person.
• Supervise on the cleaning and neatness in canteen, clinic, meeting room and rest room.
• Control recruitment and select employees. Including, employment.
• Control collect and record the employee record.
• Checked Attendance of Leaving, Absent record and Overtime checking, Control calculate wage, salary, over time and other benefit involved with employee.
• Check - Control the employees have to discharge for company rules.
• Check - Control a circular letter within the company and Issued a circular company internal letter.
• Other as assigned.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 or more year experience in Human Resources and General Affairs.
• Basic & Awareness to ISO/TS 16949.
• Basic computer programs (Microsoft Office).
• Be diligent and honest.
