The Senior HROD position involves identifying competency gaps, collaborating with departments for training and development, and overseeing performance management processes to align employee goals with company objectives.
Responsibilities
• Identify competency gaps and collaborate with departments to ensure training and development programs address business needs.
• Collaborate with the HRBP team to identify training needs and develop learning solutions that enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Analyze engagement survey results and collaborate with management to implement action plans.
• Oversee the performance management process, ensuring that employees’ goals align with the company’s objectives.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, development planning, and performance evaluations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate talent reviews and ensure the execution of individual development plans.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on OD initiatives for senior management.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners, HRM, and department heads to align OD initiatives with business objectives.
• Prepare and submit reports for training activities that meet the qualifications for government support or tax benefits.
• Monitor changes in regulations and ensure the organization's training programs align with government standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related HR field.
• Strong understanding of OD principles, talent management, employee engagement, and learning development.
• Good communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good data analytical and HR report.
