About this position

The Recruiter - Supervisor to Manager position involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing candidate screening and interviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates using various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals).
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage feedback collection.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice by maintaining a strong presence on social media and participating in career events.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and prepare regular reports for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with HR software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Workday: Mon-Fri 8.00-18.00.
