About this position

The Maintenance Engineer Division Manager is responsible for overseeing maintenance planning, team management, equipment oversight, process improvement, compliance with standards, and data analysis within the organization.

Responsibilities

•Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
•Monitor and control maintenance activities to meet organizational goals and standards.
•Lead, manage, and develop the engineering and maintenance team.
•Provide training and guidance to improve team members’ skills and efficiency.
•Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
•Inspect and assess the condition of machinery and equipment.
•Coordinate with the procurement team to source spare parts and necessary materials.
•Enhance processes to improve equipment efficiency and reduce operational costs.
•Identify opportunities for process optimization to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
•Research and implement new technologies for maintenance and equipment improvement.
•Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant standards such as ISO, GMP, HACCP, or industry-specific requirements.
•Maintain safety standards for team operations and equipment usage.
•Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
•Prepare and present monthly/quarterly maintenance reports to senior management.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
•Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in machinery or plant maintenance.
•At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
•Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, including TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
•Excellent problem-solving, technical analysis, and project management skills.
•Effective communication and leadership skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office and related maintenance software.
•Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
