About this position
Responsibilities
âĒ Identify competency gaps and collaborate with departments to ensure training and development programs address business needs.
âĒ Collaborate with the HRBP team to identify training needs and develop learning solutions that enhance employee skills and competencies.
âĒ Analyze engagement survey results and collaborate with management to implement action plans.
âĒ Oversee the performance management process, ensuring that employeesâ goals align with the companyâs objectives.
âĒ Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, development planning, and performance evaluations.
âĒ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
âĒ Facilitate talent reviews and ensure the execution of individual development plans.
âĒ Prepare regular reports and presentations on OD initiatives for senior management.
âĒ Work closely with HR Business Partners, HRM, and department heads to align OD initiatives with business objectives.
âĒ Prepare and submit reports for training activities that meet the qualifications for government support or tax benefits.
âĒ Monitor changes in regulations and ensure the organization's training programs align with government standards.
Requirements
âĒ Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
âĒ 3+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related HR field.
âĒ Strong understanding of OD principles, talent management, employee engagement, and learning development.
âĒ Good communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
âĒ Good data analytical and HR report.
