About this position

The Senior IT Infrastructure position is a 1-year contract role with the potential for conversion, focusing on providing support for various software applications and hardware systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems
• Installing and configuring hardware, software and application based on IT policy and standard
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Managing LAN, WAN, Wireless system, and other CISCO equipments
• Managing of Backup system, Anti-virus server and other system update software
• Provide day-to-day application support and internal training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer or related fields
• 5-8 years working experience in IT Support or System Administration
• Experienced in setting up user authorize on AD server
• Having knowledge of Windows, Servers, LAN/WAN systems
• Knowledge of a variety of hardware, software, network protocols, OS
• Able to support day-to-day problems or requests from users
• Be a good team-player
• Able to communicate in English
• Experienced being in charge of a team leader will be advantageous
