About this position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will need to work closely with stakeholders (both internal and external), and other product team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet user needs.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Gather and understand business requirements through regular communication with stakeholders.
• Manage Product Backlogs: Assist in creating, prioritizing, and maintaining product backlogs to align with business goals.
• Support Agile Practices: Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Clarify Requirements: Act as the liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are clear and actionable.
• Document Processes: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product updates, workflows, and decisions to facilitate smooth communication and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor Performance: Track product performance, report key metrics, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Other related jobs as management assigned

Requirements

• Have experience in product design, design thinking, product management, business development, minimum viable products, experience design, etc.
• Good knowledge and experiences in customer insight, customer behavior survey and analysis.
• Empathy: great ability to understand user needs, not afraid to be on the ground and putting oneself in users’ shoes
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (or willing to learn) and product management principles.
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
