About this position

The Production & Material Planning Supervisor is responsible for reviewing production plans, managing material orders, and ensuring customer requirements are met while controlling inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily production scheduling for the Coil Spring and ITW lines as capacity optimization and customer demand to ensure on-time delivery and FG stock meets global targets.
• Release job order in SAP, monitoring and close within the period.
• Establish monthly capacity planning of Coil Spring & ITW line.
• Coordinate with operation team to push actual production meet a plan.
• Release order/forecast either monthly or daily to the supplier and monitor the supplier's on-time delivery and no shortage raw materials in production line.
• Coordinate with customer in case emergency or special required.
• Coordinate with Project team to achieve target implementing of new project.
• Feedback capacity survey to all customers either in customer web portal or email.
• Maintain the material master for the PP module in SAP and coordinate with the RSC team to solve issues from SAP.
• Supervise and coaching Production & Material Planning team to ensure production output meet target and no shortage delivery to the customer.
• Supervise and coaching Customer service team to ensure order and assignment from customer are fulfilled.
• Monitor raw material / component from oversea and work closely with shipping agency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Experience in the role in manufacturing more than 5 years, experience with SAP system.
• Use to supervise the team is a plus.
• Can work under pressure and having can do attitude.
• English speaking in communicative level.
