About this position

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical utilities, conducting regular maintenance checks, and implementing improvements in work methods and technician training.

Responsibilities

• Keep the electrical utility running smoothly is the main responsibility.
• Check the main electrical utility once a week and make the record and organize the repair work in time when find the potential risk, and report to electrical supervisor if has big issue.
• Check and summarize the daily maintenance record, analyze, and organize the maintenance plan.
• Innovation on work method, to improve the trouble shooting skill.
• Training the technician to improve the technical level.
• Organize and update the spare parts list.
• TPM implementation.
• The job holder maybe required to carry out additional tasks that have not been specified in the JD to achieve the overall purpose of the job.
• Follow up laws, regulations and HSE rules, attend HSE activity and training timely, follow position HSE requirement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related fielded.
• Experience in the role in Electrical maintenance more than 5 years, experience with SAP system.
• PLC knowledge requirement is on strong or expert level.
• Use to supervise the team is a plus.
• Can work under pressure and having can do attitude.
• English speaking in communicative level.
