VP of Network and IT Support
About this position
Network & IT Support VP is responsible for IT strategic leadership, operation & maintenance management of the company’s network infrastructure and network security together with end point devices and IT service supports. This role involves innovation, planning, leading, overseeing, and improvement of network and IT support teams to ensure optimal performance, high availability, and strong security across on-premise and cloud networks and onsite and offsite locations. The potential candidate will drive team members with team spirit, service excellence, and safe culture.
Responsibilities
• Lead, and manage 3 teams with more than 20 staff to plan, implement, operate, maintain, change, fix issues, patch security issues, update version and improve IT networks and end devices across headquarter and nationwide branches and offices.
• Manage network systems including wire, wireless, SD-WAN, SASE, VPN, Load balancer, NG firewall, WAF, Cloud networking, Transit gateway and CDN.
• Manage end devices including Windows, Mac, Tablets, and peripherals i.e. printers, scanners by hardening security image, joining domains and network, software installation, servicing and supporting.
• Lead incident response, collaboration, and problem resolution including post-incident analysis and prevention.
• Initiate projects and budgets and propose to management to modernize technologies and ways of working to enhance user experience and efficiency.
• Budget planning, IT procurement, Inventory and asset management.
• Weekly and monthly management updates and reports.
• Supervise team and coordinate with IT Security, Risk Management, and Internal Audit to comply and maintain international standards, regulations, and auditing i.e. ISO27001, ISO22301, ISO9001, OIC, and Accounting Audit.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven both technical experiences and team management in Enterprise, Consulting, or System Integrator environments are plus.
• Deep expertise in network technologies. Certified in leading network / devices vendors i.e. Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, F5, or Microsoft are advantages.
