About this position

The Investment-Linked Product Development Specialist is responsible for overseeing ILP (UN/UL) insurance products sold through banking channels and ensuring effective communication and coordination among various departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ILP (UN/UL) insurance products sold through banking channels.
• Prepare product information manuals to support the sales of ILP (UN/UL) products for banks and internal departments.
• Manage and test systems related to ILP (UN/UL) products, such as the Sales Tool ILP and Digital Face to Face ILP systems.
• Coordinate and respond to inquiries about ILP (UN/UL) products both pre- and post-sale.
• Assist the sales support and after-sales service team for LH Bank to ensure the work is approved, such as coordinating with FPO ILP to resolve pending issues.
• Update information related to ILP products and various articles on Bizbox Common and banking systems.
• Create promotional materials when there are updates or changes to ILP products.
• Communicate and coordinate internally, and submit materials for review to the Product Department, Regulatory Department, Legal Department, and other relevant units.
• Update information about ILP and various articles in weekly and monthly E-Magazines and different forms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in life insurance products or investment-linked life insurance products.
• Good understanding of the working process and details of life insurance products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Ability to work under pressure.
