About this position
The Insurance Product and Process Development (Bancassurance) position involves developing and managing business requirements for projects in the Bancassurance Channel, providing consultation, creating workflows, conducting system testing, and improving sales processes.
Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and oversee the business requirements for the systematic development of projects for the Bancassurance Channel.
• Provide consultation to the partner on gathering requirements, defining specifications, and using techniques and tools to ensure that all business requirements are complete and accurate.
• Create comprehensive workflows for system and program development to fully support business operations.
• Prepare test scenarios, conduct system testing, summarize test results, and manage the development team to ensure timely completion of goals.
• Improve and develop sales processes, as well as other programs, to support sales activities.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy development, product management, and process improvement in the life insurance, non-life insurance, or related industries.
• At least 3 years of experience in team management.
• Strong analytical, planning, and team management skills.
• Proficient in English communication.
