About this position

The Insight Business Management Analyst will manage and deliver a Business Management project for a key client in the automotive business, requiring experience in audit or accounting, particularly in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the local business management function in alignment with the regional strategy
• Assist the local Business Management Manager to implement, administer and support MSX Business Management system
• Collect financial data from dealers
• Analyse dealer data quality and provide coaching to accountants to improving the quality of financial reporting
• Support dealers in developing their Chart of Accountant and other accounting relevant topics
• Map dealers Chart of Account to MSX Business Management system Chart of Account and ensure the ongoing quality of this mapping
• Upload dealers financial data to MSX Business Management system
• Calculate Benchmark and network consolidations
• Prepare and communicate monthly dealers BM reports
• Analyse BM reports and provide comments
• Produce Monthly and Quarterly Network Performance reports and commentaries
• Prepare Ad-hoc reports when require

Requirements

• Local citizen only
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting to Master’s degree in Business Management or Computer Science
• 1-3 years experience in audit or accounting field – ideally in automotive business
• Prefer experiences as Auditor, Financial Controller Assistant, in charge of reporting
• Experience in Data consolidation
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of Tableau is a plus
• Comfortable working with numbers
• Self‐starter, emphasizes accuracy & detail oriented, customer oriented, problem solving and analytics
• Able to work in multicultural environment and team player
• Excellent skills in MS programs especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written in English (equivalent to TOEIC result 700 scores above)
