About this position

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Freelancer Technical Trainer (Truck) to join our team at MSX International Limited in Bangkok. This part-time role will involve providing high-quality training and assessment services to our clients in the Workplace Training & Assessment industry.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of core technical and project-based training programs
• To deliver engaging, learner-focused training solutions aligned to adult learning methodologies
• Align all delivery to client and individual brand cultures and requirements
• Utilise appropriate digital tools in the delivery of technical training programs
• Undertake design work as and when required that is learner-focused, aligned to adult learning methodologies and client brand requirements, covering all training areas
• Perform all aspects of the role to the standards set out by MSX from time to time
• Undertake all aspects of administration in relation to training delivery, e.g. completing course rosters, pre-course and post-course briefings, assignment/test scoring and inputting as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master degree in Automotive engineering or relevant field
• Practical current vocational skills and expertise in technical training delivery
• Experience in heavy duty trucks
• Ability to maintain a dynamic and engaging delivery style at all times, both in classroom on during on-vehicle activities
• Ability to engage groups of learners at every stage of the learning process using a variety of exercises and discussions to embed learning
• Ability to translate interventions and content in a way that provides learners with the link to how application of learning will lead to performance improvement
• An understanding of blended learning and its application
• Intermediate IT Skills – All Microsoft Office Packages and PowerPoint Presentation
• Good command of spoken and written English
