About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage the process of recruitment to post job, screening-sourcing, interview and hiring.
• Pre-screened and interviewed potential candidates in order to qualify the best quality candidate to submit to hiring manager.
• Arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Work with lead of each department to determine vacancies needs and competencies to meet business direction and strategies.
• Coordinate with the team to conduct the job offer.
• Onboarding process for newly hired employees, secondees, trainees and provide new staff orientation session to match with each new hire.
• Coordinate related party for Onsite Recruitment, job fairs, job advertisement etc.
• Recommending candidates for hiring based on their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with the company culture.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
• New Graduated are welcome.
• Has accomplished communication and coordination skills.
• Has intermediate computer skills (e.g. MS Office), especially Excel.
• Good personality Good communication and coordination skills.
• Has experience in retail business or corporation business will be a special consideration.
