Procurement Specialist
About this position
Responsibilities
• Prepare documents according to SOP
• Review and process the purchase order.
• Negotiate prices and check the contracts with suppliers.
• Keep a record of the items ordered and received.
• Evaluate sellers based on quality, time and price.
• Research and evaluate vendors to compare prices and services.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to review inventory and determine supply requirements.
• Set KPIs and lead the team to achieve the goals.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3-5 years in purchasing, procurement, and buyer.
• Has accomplished communication and coordination skills.
• Has excellent computer skills (e.g. MS Office), especially Excel (Pivot, Vlookup).
• Knowledge of purchasing system able to manage the work system well.
