The Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for enhancing warehouse processes, managing KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Handle warehouse process improvement for each functionality.
• Responsible for warehouse KPI / Material flow planning.
• Expansion Setup arrangement.
• Support the Continuous Improvement roadmap; Projects & Expansion.
• Handle Operations in the implementation.
• Improve productivity of the warehouse.
• Other requests from the management order.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or higher.
• Proven experience at least 2 years in process improvement, storage management, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively conduct training and presentations.
