About this position

The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for creating and analyzing information related to the company’s operations and financial performance, preparing communication materials for shareholders, and maintaining relationships with the investment community.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze information related to the company’s operation as well as financial performance in IR materials such as presentation, investor note, factsheet to communicate with shareholders and related investors.
• Prepare presentation, the annual report, ESG checklist, investor releasing and other communication materials for any kind of earnings releases to shareholders, analysts, investors.
• Arrange IR activities and coordinating with relevant parties for Analyst meeting, Company Visit, Site Visit, Conference call, Investor Roadshow and other activities related to shareholder events.
• Providing information to the company’s management relating to stock performance, analyst report, investor perceptions and summarizing data of the company and industry to IR team and Executives.
• Provide reliable information and maintain good relationships with the investment community such as regulators, financial institutions, investors and stock exchange team.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• At least 2 years experience in investor relations, accounting, finance, securities business, market capital or related function.
• Strong communication skills (both Thai and English)
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
• Strong presentation, financial analytical and strategic thinking skills.
