About this position

The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the company's eCommerce platform, ensuring its functionality, usability, and performance while managing product listings and analyzing customer behavior to enhance the online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's eCommerce platform (company website and marketplace channels) to ensure functionality, usability, and overall performance.
• Manage product listings, text, and photography to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
• Analyze website traffic and customer behavior data to find opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize the online shopping experience to decrease cart abandonment and increase consumer satisfaction.
• Use SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other online marketing strategies wisely.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
• To guarantee that orders are fulfilled smoothly, coordinate with the inventory and logistics departments.
• Track and analyze eCommerce metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on eCommerce sales performance, trends, and insights.
• Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content creators to enhance website functionality and the user experience.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an eCommerce manager or in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends.
• Proficient in using eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, CMS, and analytics tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
