About this position

ตำแหน่งนี้มีหน้าที่ในการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้าและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการ รวมถึงการสนับสนุนข้อมูลเพื่อช่วย Project Manager ในการดำเนินงานต่างๆ.

Responsibilities

• วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้าเพื่อออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
• นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และตอบปัญหาในด้านการใช้งานและด้านเทคนิคให้กับลูกค้า
• นำเสนอเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆเพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทฯให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
• สนับสนุนข้อมูลเพื่อ Support- Project Manager ในส่วนของ srs, sds, gab analysis, delivery product, delivery project - Sale ในส่วนของ presentation, technical, demo

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields.
• 3-5 Years Experience in Presales or System Analyst or Others release.
• Presentation skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills with proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing will be considered.
• Computer literate with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience in insurance and banking business will be considered.
