Administrative Officer
About this position
The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and effective coordination of various activities.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for office activities which include receptionist.
• Sent and received post or any payment document from internal and external.
• Administer procurement of goods and services required for the office includes managing petty cash.
• Supervise all general affairs activities so that the company is able to operate without any disruption such as canteen, transportation, maid, utilities, facilities, stationary, uniform, visitors.
• Support the activities of company trip such as visa, travelling document, book the flight and accommodation.
• Coordinate IT operations to be as company planned and efficient with all IT outsource service and hosting service.
• Coordinate Building operations to be as company planned and efficient.
• Supports manager to plan section’s operate to achieved.
• Plan company activities according to each occasion and organize them for success.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in GA, Admin or any related role.
• Hardworking and self - motivation, high responsibility to the own 'duty and role, team working, supervising and flexibility for a change.
• Good command of computer (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet).
• Good Command of spoken and written English.
• Can work independently.
