• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
• Utilize diverse teaching methods and technology to enhance language acquisition.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to share best practices and maintain teaching consistency.
• Monitor students' attendance, performance, and behavior, communicating with parents as needed.
• Stay informed about current trends in English language teaching and integrate them into lessons.
• Participate in professional development to improve teaching skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the growth of the English language program through active involvement in curriculum development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English or related field
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience
• Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver effective instruction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
