The Sales Executive will be instrumental in expanding the company’s client base and driving sales growth through proactive client outreach and market expansion. This role involves meeting clients, developing new business opportunities in both corporate and government sectors, and ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to post-sales support. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of sales psychology, and proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Actively pursue new clients and markets, focusing on business units and government sectors to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and provide product demonstrations and usage guidance.
- Oversee billing and payment collections, offering continuous client support throughout the sales process and following up after sales are complete.
- Strategize to grow the client base and increase sales across various product lines in alignment with company goals.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and regularly visit new clients and retail outlets to strengthen market presence.
- Report and analyze sales performance to inform strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in English, with good comprehension and communication abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales psychology and techniques for effective persuasion.
