QA Category Leader (Seasoning)
About this position
This role will support and provide oversight and governance to ensure all manufacturers of seasoning categories are producing safe, legal and quality products that meet Monexco International Limited and local/exporting regulatory requirements to protect our consumers and the Monde Nissin brand.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical and Q&FS support in the manufacturing sites for seasoning business in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Build quality and food safety system management, ensuring quality and food safety standards and specifications are maintained in the roll out of new products and in the on-going by ensuring that compliance to Q&FS KPIs and programs are monitored and tracked.
• Provide insights and advice to ensure that quality & food safety standards, systems, risk mitigation strategies and protocols are deployed and effective across the supply chain.
• Execute investigation and deep dive review of any Q&FS outages and develop corrective and preventive actions to address the issue and ensure that actions are being implemented against agreed timelines.
• Implement sustainable capability building on site to ensure continuous improvement.
• Effectively engage with cross-functional teams to deliver the requirements.
• Being agile and flexible to perform all other assignment as business required.
Requirements
• Flexibility to travel is for 10% essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Food Technology or Food Science or related field.
• At least 8 Years quality assurance/quality control experience in food and beverage, preferably in a seasoning/instant noodle, biscuit/snack, dairy/milk production, Beverage/Consumer Goods Manufacturing in Technical Services, R&D.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under fast moving pace business environment.
• Ability to provide Quality related training to team or business partners independently.
• Adaptable to a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with teams.
