About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for production process in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production.
• Ensure that the Company Health, Safety and Environment policy, Food Safety, as well as company rules and regulations are observed and followed.
• Take part of problem solving and troubling shooting to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in good time.
• Manage and take care of all team members in terms of manpower planning, discipline, motivation, evaluation and training.
• Monitor, analyze and report on production related process performance, improvement and general issues.
• Responsible to improve both personal hygiene and machine sanitary as International standard.
• Ensure machine, tools and working areas are in good conditions at all times.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering or any related field.
• At least 3-6 years experience in production, Food industry is advantage.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to work on shift rotation.
