MARKETING HEAD - FMCG FOOD
About this position
Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics to support the total Thailand business. The day-to-day tasks include market research, competitors analysis, team management, brand positioning development, packaging development, new product development, social media management and below-the-line activities development.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
• End-to-end lead new product development and work closely with other functions.
• Analyze and report market trends, consumer insights, consumer data and competitors’ activities to identify insight, opportunities.
• Developing brand positioning, communication strategies, and marketing materials (packaging, POP and other media)
• Social media management
• Monitor and measuring performance of all marketing activities.
• Work closely with consumer research agency for conducting consumer researches according to objectives.
• Planning and controlling the marketing budget.
Requirements
Qualification:
• MBA in Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in Marketing management for FMCG food and beverage or consumer goods
• Expert in the 4Ps of Marketing including understanding and execution of efficient consumer and trade promotions, winning in-store merchandising, and distribution of required skus. Higher level skills include market segmentation, responding to retailing and distribution trends, and orchestrating all the elements of the marketing program.
• Data driven, creative, independent, thrive on challenges and passionate in solving complex problems..
• Good data analysis skills (Sales data, consumer data and other information)
• Excellent written & oral communications skills (English & Thai).
• Project Management - able to lead cross-functional teams.
• Consumer Insights and Market Research skills
• Excel in consumer insights and translate to actionable plan and strategy.
