Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include
• Be responsible for sales growth in Thailand for EM business.
• Drive new business development in Thailand by working closely with SEA EM Commercial Leader and peers in SEA Region.
• Work with authorized distributors and direct customers for orders, new project development as well as competitor intelligence feedback in Thailand territory.
• Work with end users to determine customer needs and able to propose the right products fit with their applications for Thailand territory.
• Act as an account manager for all customers and distributors for Thailand.
• Work with marketing team and feedback technical enquiries for developing new NPI for market needed.
• Work with ADE team that can deliver on-time technical support to customers.
• Constantly update customers’ demand that will meet target delivery lead time.
• Constantly update opportunities in SFDC and make call reports.
• Identify business opportunities/risks for responsible countries.
• Deliver target sales, new NPI sales and its profitability.
• Build relations with R&D, Marketing and other relevant functions.
• Support customers in accordance with the globally defined strategies.
Requirements
The following are required for the role
• Chemistry or Chemical Engineering degree.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in technical and commercial sales.
• Experience in working with CRM system preferably with Salesforce.com.
• Strong sales skills with high customer orientation.
• High willingness to explore new things and create new business models.
• Work experience in MNC and well cooperation works with global team.
• Self-confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• Team player who enjoys working in a global and cross functional team.
• Excellent communication skills with good presentation.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel upon the request from SEA key accounts.
• Requirement for a full driving license.
