About this position

The Senior Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and leading a team to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Lead and develop warehouse team members to achieve performance targets.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize supply chain processes.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and procedures.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper training and development of warehouse staff.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies related to inventory and warehouse management.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in inventory and warehouse management.
• Computer literate: MS Office and Advance Excel.
• Knowledge in warehouse management system of SAP would be an advantage.
• Mature, dynamic with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
