About this position
The Senior Administration & General Affairs Officer is responsible for overseeing various administrative functions and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
• Oversee office management and general administration functions (stationery, canteen, uniforms, transportation, cleaning, etc.)
• Provide customer service and guest service support
• Manage reception duties and ensure smooth office operations
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate administrative tasks
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Assist in organizing company events and activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support HR functions as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist, office management and general administration functions, customer service, guest service or any related field
• Good in communication & interpersonal skills, human relationship, service-mind skills and multi tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Good command in English
