The Senior Administration & GA Officer is responsible for overseeing office management and general administration functions, ensuring efficient operations and excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities
• Oversee office management and general administration functions (stationery, canteen, uniforms, transportation, cleaning, etc.)
• Provide customer service and guest service support
• Ensure efficient operations within the office
• Maintain good communication and interpersonal relationships
• Handle multiple tasks effectively
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist, office management and general administration functions
• Good in communication & interpersonal skills, human relationship, service-mind skills and multi tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Good command in English
