The Production Team Leader is responsible for overseeing production operations at the Amatacity Industrial Estate, ensuring productivity and efficiency in the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations and ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Supervise production staff and manage workflow.
• Implement productivity improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology or related field.
• Experience in production supervision and productivity improvement in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SAP, Lean, Six Sigma would be an advantage.
• Mature, dynamic with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to work on shift.
• Good command of both spoken and written English with PC skills.
