About this position

The ER Supervisor position at Bangplee Industrial Estate requires a qualified individual with extensive HR experience, particularly in employee relations, to manage labor relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with labor unions and manage union-related activities.
• Implement CSR initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct training and development programs for employees.
• Monitor and report on employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Managements, Laws, Political Science, psychology or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience preferably in ER roles and familiarity with Labor Union Management in manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulation.
• Experience in CSR, White Factory is advantage.
• Good interpersonal characteristics with service mind.
• Computer literacy especially in MS. Office.
• Good command of English.
