The Assistant HR & General Affairs Supervisor is responsible for supporting HR functions and managing general administrative tasks within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Support HR functions and processes
• Manage general administration tasks including stationery, canteen, uniforms, transportation, and cleaning
• Provide customer and guest service
• Assist in office management and related functions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist, office management and general administration functions, customer service, guest service or any related field
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills, human relationship, service-mind skills and multi tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Good command in English
