Molex (Thailand) Limited The Facility has been in operation at Bangpakong Industrial Park since 1988 and now transform its business to support the Medical Solution Market, producing Medical Connector, Cable and Fiber Device Assemblies in its white room.

About this position

You will be the key player in managing and nurturing assigned accounts to achieve profitable growth and make Molex the preferred supplier. Your role will encompass responding to customer inquiries with Molex solutions, coordinating internal and external resources, and actively working to expand Molex's market presence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by providing Molex solutions, including product information, pricing, or RFQ, and technical specifications.
• Ensure Molex products is approved in the Bill of Material (BOM) by tracking opportunity and conversion through orders.
• Through design-in activities with customer R&D team, build a strong pipeline of the assigned key customers by maximizing Molex footprint in new/existing programs.
• Coordinate customer contracts and agreements as necessary.
• Visit customers as needed to foster relationships and understand their requirements.
• Build relationships with internal Business Units to support sales efforts.
• Stay informed about the market, customers, and competitors.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and call plans, highlighting potential opportunities and risks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• You possess a degree in Engineering or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience with a technical background in the Electronics industry.
• Your experience includes customer-facing roles with a focus on service and commercial aspects.
• You have a proven track record of managing customer accounts and fostering growth.
• Must be able to be based near Laem Chabang or Pattaya area.
• You are required to visit customers 2-3 times a week.
• Proficient in English while Thai is mandatory.
