Manufacturing Process Engineer
About this position
The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for maintaining current processes, ensuring smooth production line functions, developing new techniques, and controlling product and process conformance standards while identifying areas for improvement and maintaining high levels of manufacturing and product quality.
Responsibilities
• Introduce a new manufacturing capability that includes but is not limited to new machine equipment, method, technology, automation etc. to manufacturing.
• Introduce machine and automation development and implementation.
• Performing manufacturing Process Control, Improvement and Problem-solving.
• Ensuring process comply with quality strategic goal at responsibilities area.
• Identifying area for Manufacturing Process Improvement Thru GLSS Activities, reduce manufacturing process cost, rework & extra cost, sorting cost, scrap cost, high operation cost variance, machine downtime, cost of poor quality, etc.
• Learn PBM Culture and Apply PBM Guiding Principles.
• Support all plant activities and businesses in the scope of manufacturing process engineering.
• Responsibility for Wiring Harness and Cable Assembly for medical business product.
• Responsibility Machine and Automation development.
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2-5 years in relevant Manufacturing Work Environment.
• Experience in Machine and Automation development.
• Proficient in both Thai & English.
• Manufacturing Process Development, Implementation, and Management.
• Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
• Good in Statistical Technique, Quality Control, Lean and Six Sigma.
• Good in project management skills.
• Interpersonal Communication Skills.
• Computer Literacy.
