About this position

The Senior Field Collection position involves leading and managing the Third-Party team to ensure performance standards are met and improving collection rates for Non-Performing Loans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the performance of the Third-Party team, ensuring all standards and targets are consistently met
• Manage all Third-Party team operational activities, including briefing and debriefing processes
• Monitor and ensure team performance standards and compliance with company policies and guidelines
• Collaborate with trainers, supervisors, and management to improve collection rates for NPL (Non-Performing Loan) late users
• Conduct regular meetings with the management team to review performance outcomes and propose actionable solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, banking, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Strong interest in the financial technology industry
• Prior experience in Agency Management is highly preferred
• Proven abilities in coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
• Excellent communication, investigative, and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional analytical capabilities
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred)
