Branch Manager SME (Solo)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for achieving the branch's profitability targets
• Build and maintain a predetermined regional network, including generating leads for partnerships and SME financing, qualifying leads, and retaining and expanding existing relationships
• Identify business opportunities and develop promotional activities to increase sales
• Assume a leadership role, monitor daily activities, provide go-to-market strategies, and ensure their execution
• Regularly evaluate the performance of all sales, credit, and collection activities
Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) or Commercial Banking, specifically in branch management
• Proven expertise in overseeing and managing sales, credit, and collection functions within a banking environment
• Demonstrated experience in managing supply chain business operations is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards in all professional dealings
• Extensive and well-established network within the region
