About this position
Responsibilities
• ศึกษาความต้องการของลูกค้า และหาวิธีแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าร่วมกับทีมขาย จัดทำใบเสนอราคา และจัดทำรายงานขาย
• สาธิตวิธีการใช้งาน ให้ข้อมูล รวมถึงตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับสินค้ากลุ่มเครื่องจักรกับลูกค้า
• พัฒนาระบบข้อมูลด้านเทคนิคต่างๆ เช่น คู่มือสเปค และการใช้งาน รวมถึงจัดทำคู่มือในการอบรม Product Training
• ประสานงานกับทีมช่าง เพื่อให้บริการหลังการขายและแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า
• อัพเดทข้อมูลสถานการณ์ของอุตสาหกรรม สถานการณ์ตลาด และคู่แข่ง
• งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Requirements
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีด้านวิศวกรรม หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไปด้านวิศวกรขายด้าน Mechanical Engineer หรือที่ใกล้เคียง (ยินดีรับพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่)
• มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้เป็นครั้งคราว
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• มีความรู้เชิงเทคนิค และมีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร และสร้างสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าได้
• มีทักษะในการนำเสนอสินค้าและบริการด้านเทคนิคและเครื่องจักรต่างๆ และให้คำแนะนำกับลูกค้าได้
• มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา
