Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective recruitment, retention and development strategies to support business priorities.
• Partnering with function leaders to strengthen & building strong business culture.
• Collaborate with global human resource, regional leadership, centers of excellence, demand management and global enterprise or functional teams for effective resource planning and partner feedback.
• Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Discipline and labor law work Communicate to employees to understand the company's regulations. Investigate wrongdoing and punish employees. Negotiate with Receive and respond to employee requests Comply with other labor laws.
• Including taking care of promotion work Good relationships between employees and employees and employees with the company Promote sports within the company Organize parties on special occasions, create journals, boards to publicize various information within the company, organize joint activities outside the company, etc.
• Admin System ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO 22301 & RBA.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 3+ years of personnel experience.
• Have knowledge of labor laws.
• Have a good working attitude (Positive Attitude).
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Communication skills, courage to express yourself, and good human relations with others.
• Use Microsoft Office programs well.
• Able to make good decisions to solve immediate problems.
• Able to start work immediately will be given special consideration.
