About this position

The Cleanliness Control Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that cleanliness standards are met in the production environment, training staff, preparing reports, and coordinating with engineers and management.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring working method of inspector to ensure that it follows standard of procedures.
• Training all the work instruction in technician and Inspector.
• Prepare contamination report conclusion (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) to inform contamination Engineer.
• Prepare work instruction / limit sample / reminder for inspection of operator.
• Alert about fail cleanliness / parameter checking out of spec control to Contamination Engineer urgently to corrective action.
• Prepare sample part, DI water and expendable material for check the cleanliness test to MSL / outside lab.
• Summary & Control the clean room environment such as temperature, humidity, air pressure, air sample etc.
• To do daily contamination audit line and clean room protocol of operator in line.
• To perform other function that was assign by Contamination Engineer / Manager.
• Coordinate with company for set up company system such as Safety, ISO, 5S etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related fields.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good command of written English will be advantage.
