Marketing Brand Manager - New Product Development (Yayoi)
About this position
We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager who will help develop YAYOI marketing strategy as well as run branding and promotion activities through communication channels and media touchpoints. You will also conduct market research, develop product promotional materials and analyst sales data. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who like Japanese food and a passion for trend spotting. You will work to identify customer insight and drive incremental revenues through effective marketing plan.
Responsibilities
• Capture Japanese food market and strengthen YAYOI brand by creating products, promotions and services that meet our customer demands.
• Develop and implement effective marketing and communication plan to launch and/or promote NPD, promotion and branding campaigns according to customer insight by timeline: Focus at core product category.
• Provide strategic and practical recommendation to management in order to grow revenues.
• Present marketing and promotion plan to subcommittee and operation teams to enable operational feasibility as well as to provide them with effective and appropriate tools and materials.
• Work with creative agency to develop cut-through branding campaigns and communication materials of marketing calendar to be implemented across multiple platforms, including TVC, OOH, Digital, PR, in-store POP, branding signage and activations with effective media plan.
• Collaborate with business partners in developing and execution of co-promotion campaign for brand building and incremental revenue.
• Provide competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operations.
• Manage budgets and effectively allocate resources among campaigns.
• Manage documents control and quality control system under ISO and other standards associated with business.
• Carry out any other assignments assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in Branding / Promotion / Digital / Local Store Marketing in Casual Dining Restaurants (CSR), Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), FMCG, or any related industries in marketing field.
• A minimum of master degree in Marketing, MBA or Management-related field.
• Proficiency in Thai and English. Computer literate.
• Experience in data analysis and market research to develop and implement marketing strategy.
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skill and ability to collaborate cross-function internally and externally.
• Experienced in Casual Dining Restaurants (CSR), Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), FMCG, or any related industries in marketing field.
• Creativity and knowledge in marketing trends and promotions.
• Result-oriented, hard-working with can-do attitude and passion to deliver the best performance.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion in food, love to eat and exploring new food trends / restaurants.
