Culinary Manager (R&D)
About this position
The Culinary Manager (R&D) is responsible for creating and developing food products, ensuring compliance with food regulations, and managing the culinary aspects of menu development.
Responsibilities
• Can create, arrange, and determine various product features in the menu formula for starting food
• Create a summary of food recipes, food production methods, and various food production guides for scaling up production, and can be applied for actual food production
• Develop forms and evaluation methods for assessing the development of food menus according to the standards of the company.
• Create a history of food product development, summarize the results, and systematically collect relevant documents.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Culinary or related field.
• At least 3-5 years experience as Culinary in Food manufacturing or Restaurant chain (Food, Dessert).
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP standard, All Food's Regulations of Thailand.
• Expertise in recipes/ingredients/food techniques in restaurant operations.
